(Community Impact Newspaper staff) Less than two weeks after Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner James Noack filed a lawsuit challenging the legality of Democrat Lore Breitmeyer Jones’ candidate filing for the March 2020 primary election, Noack submitted a notice of nonsuit to drop his case against Jones and the county Democratic Party.
