At 12:23pm a helicopter crashed in the area between The Woodlands and College Park Drive. According to witnesses the tail rotor of the experimental helicopter fell off and the helicopter began a violent spinning motion at about 300 feet. It crashed in the 2500 block of Northline on a wooden fence between an open lot and a wooded area. Additional details and video shortly.
