Second Temporary Voter Residence for McMUD # 132 Identified
Same Voter as for McMUD # 148
Yesterday we reported on the use of a “RENT A VOTER” service for the purpose of ensuring MUD boards and Bonds are voted in by most of the major property developers in the county. The case we studied was Montgomery County MUD # 148 developed by Friendswood Development and the introduction of a made to order voter residents Mr. & Mrs. Spiecher. We included the voter history, with protected personal info properly redacted by the county which showed Mr. Spiecher claimed voter residence at Dogwood Ln, Longmire rd , Albert Miller Ln prior to registering to vote in the upcoming McMud 148 election.
Spiecher maintained 20615 Marilyn Lane as his mailing address from 2013 to present which led to the discovery of “RENT-A-VOTER” specialist Stingray Elections LLC.
We can now reveal a second Temporary Voter Trailer, this time owned by Home Developer KB HOMES was permitted by City of Conroe for the formation of McMUD # 132 at 2075 Longmire Rd. That address matches one of the previous residences that appears on the voter history of Mr. Spiecher.
It appears that with the assistance Stingray Elections LLC and at the request of KB Homes, Spiecher registered at the Longmire address August 1, 2013 and Stingray obtained the permit August 7, 2013. What inducement was offered to Spiecher to do this is unknown at this time.
Could such changes in address suggest at least the possibility of unlawful assistance under Texas Election Code 64.036 and 86.0051 or felony Illegal Voting charges against unlawful actors under EC 64.012 as in the case of Carlos Medrano? We hope someone will investigate.
Review the permit for MUD 132 VOTER TRAILER below.
ought to be good for at least 3 years in jail.
Puuhhhhhllleeeaaasseee! Zero tolerance? What. Ever.
It will be very interesting to see if Mr. Ligon takes action on this issue. In the past he has shown to be a zero tolerance DA in regards to voter fraud.
