“Election fraud, in the most general sense, is any attempt to subvert or manipulate the electoral process by illegal means.” Attorney General Ken Paxton
This complaint contains factual information that closely follows a fact pattern already recognized by the Texas Secretary of State as warranting submission for criminal investigation by the Attorney General and are a felony offence. Texas Penal Code Sec. 36.02. states “A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly offers, confers, or agrees to confer on another, ~ any benefit as consideration for the recipient’s ~ vote, or other exercise of discretion as a ~ voter.” Based on information and belief It is alleged here Voters have received valuable benefits as consideration to specifically vote affirmatively in confirmation and other elections and that the perpetrators have not merely offered such bribes a single time to a single voter but have done so multiple times in 3 separate election cycles using the same set of voters 2 and even 3 times in a row. The probability that the voters listed above acting independently and without external influence just happened to change their voter registration each time they knowingly moved to a temporary dwelling and then vote in complete unbroken conformance with their recruiters desire 2 and 3 times in a row staggers reasonable expectation.
Additionally, no known Election Services Company like the ones in this complaint have ever recruited a person NOT registered to vote.
According to the Stingray Services archived website, the company specializes in providing turn-key voter trailer installation services, and election services,” their website “About Us” says. “We have completed over 70 trailer installations in Texas over the last 10 years, and have supported nearly 100 elections. We locate residents, perform landlord services, support residents in changing their license and voter registration, and assist with the district election. We have worked with a host of major developers and engineers including Lennar, Toll Brothers, Friendswood, Land Tejas, Taylor Morrison, Pate Engineers, Brown & Gay … to name just a few.”
