“Attached is Commissioner Noack’s second request for clarification in response to your request originally received on September 8, 2015, and your subsequent “clarification” received September 21, 2015.

 Also, my client has directed me to inform you that our firm’s legal services are not being paid with public funds.”

This answers a question previously posed about who is paying for the attorney handing Precinct 3 open records requests.

I guess we will need to see if Gober Hilgers shows up on the commissioners campaign finance reports next.
