Texas Patriots PAC Treasurer and frequent cementer, Bill O’sullivan has indicated that he and other PAC members have been cleared by the the special investigator appoint to determine if there have been any violation of the Texas Open Meetings Act ( TOMA ) by Commissioners or PAC members.
In a comment exchange online at Conroe Courier under the pseudonym of “Kerryman” O’sullivan who has been noticeably absent since the investigation was launched returned to comment on a letter to the editor by Alan Sadler. First, commenting in part –
The Bond on this November’s Ballot is changed and improved from the Bond that was defeated last May. We are not comparing it to some mythical perfect Bond that some may desire but never would be able to achieve. This Bond was put together to begin to address the multi-decade neglect of the mobility needs of this County as well as try to create a template of what Road Bonds should resemble in the future.

Your anonymous identity is not protected in the event of a Slander Suit. You want to try to make a case about “Back Room Deals” which is a straw man because you have nothing else to say is one thing, slandering is another. Was this directed at me?

Totally false about the Special Prosecutor. Why would I hint at that in an online blog? That would be a page one item. My allusion to confidence comes from several other places. If the Special Prosecutor has anything to say on this, I am sure it will be well publicized. Meanwhile, the County Citizen Blog should go back to tea leaves and goat entrails.
