Really?
If that is true , lets see a copy of the agreement.
If that is true then Judge Seiler is taking punishment that far exceeds the alleged crime.
Are you OK with that, People. Is that the kind of Justice you want?
Just below today’s Seiler story we read of yet another measure of Justice, a man is sentence to 50 Years in prison for killing pets.
Real murderers are walking the streets, people slay baby’s in the womb in Texas at a rate of 200 per day. But one pathetic man get fifty years for killing puppies and another loses his career over a misdemeanor. Really?
Alien philosophies like those of Freud and Hegel and Darwin leaking into our most critical institutions and bearing their corrosive fruit.

BUT WHAT ABOUT JURY SECRECY?
There is no absolute reason to keep juror names secret, if we want to maintain free and open government it needs to include open Juries. READ ABOUT THAT HERE
In Texas law there is a provision to challenge grand jurors found in Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 19.27.
"Art. 19.27. ANY PERSON MAY CHALLENGE. Before the grand jury has been impaneled, any person may challenge the array of jurors or any person presented as a grand juror. In no other way shall objections to the qualifications and legality of the grand jury be heard. Any person confined in jail in the county shall upon his request be brought into court to make such challenge." Forget for a moment that Texas Courts and procedures have effectively cut the public out of the Jury selection process. If Art. 19.27 means anything at all it means Grand Jurors Identity can not be secret. Or how could "Any Person" challenge the array of Jurors? So why should any jury information be kept secret?
