Interesting Point: Judge Doyal’s Attorney asserts that no citizen made a complaint regarding  Open Meetings Act violation but instead lays sole blame on Catherine Dominguez, Reporter for Courier of Montgomery County. If that is the case then I can ad that she received special assistance from County Attorney JD Lambright’s office in the way of preferential treatment for her open records request for the emails the are at the center of the investigation.  The reason I say this is because my own request predated that of Catherine Dominguez by two days but was denied.  Catherine later got the emails and developed her series of stories on the the whole affair.
