DON’T THINK RESIDENCE IS VAGUE IN TEXAS?

Jim Jenkins and this writer have been condemned to 3 years in a Texas prison thanks to the vague issue of residence in this state. Actually Montgomery County ADA Tyler Dunman called it the “fuzzy issue of residence”

If you still think we have been treated justly by the courts take a look at the standard Jury Summons promulgated by the Supreme Court of Texas.

It actually says this –If you claim to be disqualified because you are not a resident of this county, you may become ineligible to vote in this county. If you state that you are not a U.S.citizen, you may not be eligible to vote and may be required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship to your county voter registrar.

How great, you MAY be ineligible, we are not saying you will be mind you, its just maybe!  What no three year sentence?
