True The Vote barking up the wrong tree as usual, in an email blast just in the mock the Commonwealth of Maryland for allowing “noncitizen voting rights for local-only elections”, funny but I thought that is what States Rights established in the 9th & 10th amendment are all about? You know, the Dual Sovereignty of each State along with the United States to decide those issues that are not among the enumerated powers found in Article I Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

Hooray indeed. If the voters in a state think it’s OK to have Non Citizens be allowed to vote , then that is up to them. TTV are not the best watchdog to have around.
