The By-Laws provision that was voted in last August restricting the powers of elected board members from investigating their own organization is back on the agenda for tomorrows MCHD Directors workshop meeting.
The agenda will review and discuss
- Resolution amending Article II, Section 3 of the Directors bylaws regarding Board member requests for information and presence at District premises and during operational functions.
Great news. Lets hope they vote to repeal this monstrosity and then get on with addressing some actual issues at MCHD
