So there is some reluctance by Representatives Bell, Creighton, Keough and Metcalf in responding to some simple questions.
What is the problem? These are questions that most voters would care to know the answers to and according to Cook other candidates have already responded positively.
I have attached the survey and cover letter. Ask your Rep or Senator WHY?
