Key facts Influenza activity started in week 50/2014 and lasted until week 20/2015, as in the previous season. Compared with the previous season, nine EU/EEA countries reported higher peak ILI rates in primary care. In almost all countries, the season was dominated by influenza A(H3N2) viruses.
