We have contacted Denton County Election to learn if there is any connection to Stingray Services.
UPDATE : Just received word from Denton County Elections as follows –
“I checked the districts and no one there had a mailing address other than their physical address.”

Therefore there is no immediate connection to a RENT-A-VOTER program run by Stingray Services at least.
However, Denton County should explore the details to find out what incentives were offered in exchange affirmative votes in view of 18 U.S.C. §597. Expenditures to influence voting

Neighboring Wise County did provide their voter list.
Four voters , Haynes, Shafer, Sims & Strecker all at the same address, 510 HALL NANCE LANE HASLET TX 76052
Interestingly they all share the same PO BOX for their mailing address, PO BOX 158 ROANOKE TX 76262
I think I will ask Denton for more details.
