FLASHBACK: COUNTY GOP CHAIR VS. 9th COA VOTER DECISION

Below is a letter to the editor of the Conroe Courier for November 2000 by Dr. Wally Wilkerson DEFENDING escapee RV park voters who were ruled against by the 9th Court of Appeals.  The Escapee case of SPEIGHTS V. WILLIS was later decided in their favor by the Gaultney court.  Will he also take up for Sybil Doyle and Roberta Cook?

Roberta Cook, daughter of stalwart Republican Precinct Chair Jim Doyle recently lost her appeal in the RUD case.
